A Certified Agile Enterprise Manager (CAEM) is a professional who is trained and certified to lead Agile transformation at the organizational (enterprise) level, not just within a single team. A CAEM focuses on big picture agility, including, enterprise agile transformation, strategic alignment, leadership and culture change, governance and performance.

The certifications are awarded based on competencies and merits. NIEVGEN (and its assessors) has the sole authority over the awards. Awarded certifications are owned by NIEVGEN and may be withdrawn if the receipient showed undesirable and unethical behaviors.

CAEM-11. Manage solution train flow.
CAEM-12. Create and implement solution train.
CAEM-13. Manage agile product release trains.
CAEM-14. Use design thinking, lean UX, ART backlog and continuous delivery pipeline.
CAEM-15. Manage project team flow for technical agility.
CAEM-16. Understand continuous exploration, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CE, CI, CD).
CAEM-17. Use Atlassian JIRA for portfolio, product and project management.
CAEM-18. Understand DevOps and continuous improvement.
CAEM-19. Understand and implement service management.
CAEM-20. Understand information technology infrastructure and systems.
1. The participants must have a windows-computer (laptop and desktop). Demo software will be provided to the participants during training.
2. The participants must install ZOOM and Google Chat (also available in mobile phones).
3. The participants must commit to attending the whole class and submitting all the competency requirements of the class.
4. The participants must demonstrate excellence and must fully participate. Participants must be courteous at all times.
