A Certified Associate in Risk Management is an entry-level certification that proves you understand how to identify, assess, and manage risks in an organization. Risk management is the practice of anticipating problems before they happen and preparing solutions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying potential risks (financial, operational, legal, safety, etc.)
2. Analyzing the likelihood and impact of risks
3. Assisting in developing risk mitigation strategies
4. Monitoring and reporting risks to management
5. Supporting compliance and governance efforts

At the end of the training and after successful completion of course requirements, NIEVGEN shall award the following:

The certifications are awarded based on competencies and merits. NIEVGEN (and its assessors) has the sole authority over the awards. Awarded certifications are owned by NIEVGEN and may be withdrawn if the receipient showed undesirable and unethical behaviors.

CPRMS-10. Use control plans and response flow checklists (RFC).
CPRMS-11. Use decision trees and EMV analysis.
CPRMS-12. Use Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics for risk monitoring.
CPRMS-13. Use MS PROJECT for project risk management.
CPRMS-14. Understand operational risk.
CPRMS-15. Monitor safety, health and compliance.
CPRMS-16. Use Google Looker Studio for risk reporting.
CPRMS-17. Use Trello kanban for risk monitoring.
1. The participants must have a windows-computer (laptop and desktop). Demo software will be provided to the participants during training.
2. The participants must install ZOOM and Google Chat (also available in mobile phones).
3. The participants must commit to attending the whole class and submitting all the competency requirements of the class.
4. The participants must demonstrate excellence and must fully participate. Participants must be courteous at all times.
