A Certified Program Management Specialist is a professional who is trained and certified to manage multiple related projects (a program) in a coordinated way to achieve strategic business goals. Unlike a project manager (who handles one project), a program manager oversees a group of related projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Aligns multiple projects with organizational strategy
2. Manages interdependencies between projects
3. Oversees budgets, timelines, and resources across projects
4. Handles risks and issues at the program level
5. Communicates with senior stakeholders and executives
6. Ensures overall benefits and value are delivered

The certifications are awarded based on competencies and merits. NIEVGEN (and its assessors) has the sole authority over the awards. Awarded certifications are owned by NIEVGEN and may be withdrawn if the receipient showed undesirable and unethical behaviors.

1. The participants must have a windows-computer (laptop and desktop). Demo software will be provided to the participants during training.
2. The participants must install ZOOM and Google Chat (also available in mobile phones).
3. The participants must commit to attending the whole class and submitting all the competency requirements of the class.
4. The participants must demonstrate excellence and must fully participate. Participants must be courteous at all times.
