Description:       The Certified Project Management Specialist Course (CPMS) is a credential course that aims to   
                           develop/enhance the participants basic and advanced knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in  
                           initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects.  The course is based       
                           on project Management Institute (PMI)’s The Standard Project Management and A Guide to the
                           Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Version 7.0).

Credential     
At the end of the workshop, the participants shall receive the credential “Certified Project Management Specialist (CPMS)” from Nievgen.  After successful PMP® Examination, the participant shall receive the credential “Project Management Professional (PMP)®, ISO 17024” from the PMI.
