The Certified Project Management Specialist Course (CPMS) is an instructor-led, activity-based and hands-on training and certification course that aims to develop the participants basic and advanced knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. The course includes the waterfall, agile and hybrid project management frameworks and is based on the latest version of Project Management Institute's PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). Several software will also be taught in the class, such as, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, Atlassian Jira and Google Looker Studio. The course can also be used as an entry training requirement (35 Hours) to the PMI Project Management Professional course. Nievgen has already produced more than a hundred PMPs over the years of the company teaching CPMS.

1. The participants must have a windows-computer (laptop and desktop). Demo software will be provided to the participants during training.
2. The participants must install ZOOM and Google Chat (also available in mobile phones).
3. The participants must commit to attending the whole class and submitting all the competency requirements of the class.
4. The participants must demonstrate excellence and must fully participate. Participants must be courteous at all times.
