A Certified Quality and Reliability Manager (CQRM) is a professional who is trained and certified to lead and manage quality systems and ensure product or service reliability across an organization.
Key responsibilities:

3. Leads continuous improvement initiatives
4. Analyzes defects and failures to prevent recurrence
5. Uses data to improve process performance and reliability
6. Oversees audits and quality assurance programs

1. The participants must have a windows-computer (laptop and desktop). Demo software will be provided to the participants during training.
2. The participants must install ZOOM and Google Chat (also available in mobile phones).
3. The participants must commit to attending the whole class and submitting all the competency requirements of the class.
4. The participants must demonstrate excellence and must fully participate. Participants must be courteous at all times.

Our classes are recorded and trainees' activities and data are also recorded. Class pictures, as evidences of the training workshop are collected and posted also on our social media sites and websites. We also provide the courier (LBC, JTExpress and others) with your information so they can deliver the certificate to the address that you are going to provide us. In ENROLLMENT and PAYMENT, you allow NIEVGEN to collect and process your information for purposes mentioned above.
