The Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB) course aims to develop the participants' knowledge and skills in the identification, understanding, cause analysis, reduction, and elimination of process and product wastes and variation, including creating programs, efforts or initiatives to ensure that none of these wastes and variations reoccur. The course starts with the discussion of the various continuous improvement and quality programs in the company and a hands-on use of statistics to problems; then further to the in-depth use of lean kaizen, kaikaku and six sigma DMAIC methodologies.

Award 1: Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (after 16 hours of training)
Award 2: Certified Continous Improvement Practitioner (after 32 hours of training and submission of requirements)
Award 3: Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (after submission of lean, six sigma or lean six sigma project)
The certifications are awarded based on competencies and merits. NIEVGEN (and its assessors) has the sole authority over the awards. Awarded certifications are owned by NIEVGEN and may be withdrawn if the receipient showed undesirable and unethical behaviors.

GB-08. Control and stabilize the improved performance.
GB-09. Study a lean six sigma DMAIC project.
GB-10. Study a lean project case study.
GB-11. Use MS Excel for statistical analysis.
GB-12. Manage lean and six sigma projects.
1. The participants must have a windows-computer (laptop and desktop). Demo software will be provided to the participants during training.
2. The participants must install ZOOM and Google Chat (also available in mobile phones).
3. The participants must commit to attending the whole class and submitting all the competency requirements of the class.
4. The participants must demonstrate excellence and must fully participate. Participants must be courteous at all times.
